Why detachable stems?
A tall and long pampas grass stem is fragile, it is unrecoverable if the stem broke during delivery. The detachable solution is to cut the stem into two pieces and attached with clear tube connector to the stem. The stems will be attached back to the original size, you won't be able to tell any difference.
For international shipping, we can not send a package size is more than 24"/60cm. Only for bulk order with more than 200 stems pampas grass we can ship with a large and long carton box.
Is the pampas grass invasive?
No, not at all. The pampas grass go through a process of dyeing which involves water boiling and bleaching, no seed can survive in the process.
Are there pampas grass really handmade?
absolutely yes! Pampas grass is such a delicated product, it needs special cares in dyeing, drying and packing, there is no mechanical assembly line can do the job, it has to be handmade.
How long the dried plant can last?
The dried pampas grass will stay fluffy about one year with proper cares, just keep it dried indoor, no watering.
Should I worry about some allergy issue?
Not at all, this is dried plant, not flower, it does not distribute any floral fragrance.

Want to know how to fluff up dried pampas grass? Here we shared our favorite tips. It’s very important to fluff up your dried pampas grass when you take it out of the packaging. Many people skip this step and never get to see the real beauty of the fluffy pampas. Follow these steps to make your pampas grass nice and fluffy: Step 1: Shake each stem carefully to remove excessive fur and help the plumes open. Step 2: Separate the fur with your fingers opening it up. Note: The stems will shed a little while you are doing this so it's recommended to cover the floor with the paper or do it outside. But don’t worry, once the stems are in the vase, they will not shed. Step 3: Leave the stems in the vase for 24-48 hrs and let the gravity do the work - your pampas will get back to their natural form and will become even fluffier over time. * Don't water it, put it in a vase without water.
Do you has distributor in USA?
Not at the moment, dye to colors pampas grass is not pre-made product, though we have original color (beige & grey) available in stockmost orders are dye to colors, it does not work for dealership.

We buy bulk from Southeast Asia local rural farmers, mostly north Thailand, Lao and Vietnam. We established business relationship with people in these pampas grass growing areas, every year we will order from them directly. Our business supports and uplifts many families.
Do you offer discount if I order in bulk quantity?
Sure! We welcome wholesale orders, normally we consider 200 stems as wholesale, sales off up to 40%, however it will be case by case estimated, please contact us for a wholesale offer.
How fast can I get the order?
It is Make-to-Order product, order processing takes 3 days, in most cases we ship by standard shipping for small package, delivery takes about 10-18 days worldwide; If you have urgent orders, you can use expedited delivery, which will take about 5-7 days delivery only, not includes the order processing time.
We recommend to place the order at least 20 days priors to the event date.
Can I return and get a refund?
Yes, we accept return and refund, please contact us within 30 days after you receive the package. The product mosst not be used and good for resell, please contact us for the return and refund instruction if you decide to return the package.
How to customize colors?
We list most common colors already, you can place an order on your favorite colors directly.
If your colors are not listed, please place the order on the similar colors, after the order is paid, send us you custom color swatch image by email to beetrims@gmail.com, with your order confirmation numbers, we will customize a color dye to dye the color on the pampas grass.
